Specializing in vineyards, luxury acreage properties, and agricultural real estate, Holly is known for her strong work ethic, clear communication, and rare combination of real estate expertise and hands-on vineyard knowledge.

Over the course of her career, Holly has represented significant agricultural and luxury properties across California wine country, including eight-figure sales and some of the region’s highest-priced properties. In the past year alone, she has closed more than $40 million in sales, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers navigating complex and high-value transactions.

With more than a decade of vineyard management and development experience, Holly brings an unusually deep level of technical knowledge to her work. She has overseen vineyard operations on as many as 800 acres for respected industry names including Gallo Vineyards and Vineyard Professional Services, giving her firsthand understanding of farming operations, land value, development potential, and the realities of vineyard ownership.

Holly holds both a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Science and a Master of Science in Agriculture with a specialization in Education from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She is also a Licensed PCA (Pest Control Advisor), a former high school agriculture teacher, and holds both RRC and REI certifications. Her background gives clients confidence that they are working with an advisor who understands not only real estate, but also the land, the business, and the agricultural decisions behind it.

Deeply rooted in the agricultural community, Holly is an active leader who serves on boards and advisory committees focused on agriculture and education.
