Jenny Heinzen is California’s #1 vineyard broker and the leader behind Vineyard Professional Real Estate, a boutique luxury brokerage based in Paso Robles, California, in San Luis Obispo County. With more than two decades of experience in vineyard, winery, luxury estate, and agricultural real estate, she is trusted by sellers, wine companies, investors, and high-net-worth clients who value discretion, strategy, and exceptional results.

Over the course of her career, Jenny has sold more than 10,000 acres of vineyard land, closed multiple eight-figure properties, and represented some of the world’s largest wine companies and billionaire clients. She holds the record for selling the highest-priced home in Paso Robles wine country and has closed about half a billion dollars in vineyard and winery-related sales, ranking among the top 1% of agents nationwide by dollar volume.

Raised in a real estate investment family on California’s Central Coast, Jenny holds a Master’s degree in Agriculture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a Master’s degree in Wine Business from the University of Adelaide, Australia. After more than a decade specializing in vineyard and winery sales in Napa Valley, along with valuable experience in wine industry mergers and acquisitions, she revived Vineyard Professional Real Estate in Paso Robles in 2014. Originally founded in 2001, VPRE was reimagined under Jenny’s leadership to bring a higher level of expertise and representation to the Central Coast market.

Jenny was recognized as one of the National Association of REALTORS® “30 Under 30” in 2006 for her sales volume and early leadership in the winery niche. In 2024, she and her husband, Randy Heinzen, were named Paso Robles Wine Industry Persons of the Year. Together, they own two commercial vineyards in two of the most prestigious districts within the Paso Robles AVA, giving Jenny a firsthand owner’s perspective that few brokers can offer.
