Robert O'Neal Gray founder, Moonstone Vineyards. Real estate, acquisitions and investments have kept Texas entrepreneur Robert O'Neal Gray busy for more than 40 years on projects as diverse as outdoor billboards to self-storage facilities, apartments, multiple properties and more than 20 start-ups. Andrew Nelson owner, War Room Ventures. Andrew Nelson has more than 10 years of experience in domestic and international wine industries with liquor conglomerate (Diageo), beer (Firestone Walker) and wine (Edna Valley, Beaulieu Vineyards, Sterling, Provenance, Acacia, Rosenblum, Four Vines, Tooth & Nail Winery). Nelson has worked in winery/brewery operations, vineyard management, procurement, supply chain, marketing, sales and distribution. Nelson was one of three original partners of Rabble Wine Company / Tooth & Nail Winery. Then he formed WarRoom ventures with Don Daniels, a major investor of Rabble, and Ken Warwick, creator of American Idol and owner of Villa San Juliette Winery in Paso Robles. WarRoom’s goal is to create a 1 million case wine brand. He holds a B.S. in Agribusiness with a minor in Viticulture and Enology from Cal Poly and lives in San Luis Obispo with his wife Erica and their two young children.
